Saviñón Mediation & Arbitration Services is a Louisville-based ADR practice led by Frank D. Saviñón, Jr., a private mediator and arbitrator focused on complex civil disputes. Before each mediation, Frank personally speaks with counsel or party representatives to better understand the dispute, identify potential barriers to resolution, confirm attendance and settlement authority, and discuss how the session can be structured most productively for the case.
The practice works with attorneys, insurers, businesses, healthcare providers, and parties involved in high-exposure litigation and pre-suit disputes who are looking for a disciplined, neutral, and efficient process that combines rigorous case preparation with a genuine commitment to listening, understanding concerns, and treating all participants with dignity and respect. Most mediations begin with a brief joint session focused on introductions, expectations, and process. The parties then move into private caucuses where they can speak candidly about litigation risk, exposure, valuation, damages, factual and evidentiary weaknesses, and practical settlement options. Throughout the process, Frank strives to ensure that participants feel heard, understood, and fully informed as they evaluate options and make important decisions about their case. When appropriate, follow-up discussions continue after the session to help maintain progress and bridge remaining gaps between the parties.
